Terms of Use

Last updated November 5, 2026

These terms apply when you use SubKeeper. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

An invite-only beta

SubKeeper is in an early, invite-only stage. Features may change, have bugs, or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. It's provided free of charge.

What SubKeeper does, and doesn't do

  • SubKeeper is a tool for keeping track of your own subscriptions. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the services you track. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners.
  • SubKeeper does not cancel, renew, pay for, or change subscriptions with real providers on your behalf. When it guides you through a cancellation or renewal, you complete it on the provider's own website, and statuses you record are marked as user-reported. Any “direct” actions in the app are clearly labelled demos.
  • You remain responsible for your subscriptions, payments and cancellations, and for checking each provider's own terms, prices and deadlines.
  • Reminder emails are a convenience. They may be delayed, filtered as spam, or not sent, so please don't rely on them as your only reminder.
  • Prices, savings estimates and AI-generated answers are based on the information you entered and may be wrong. Nothing in SubKeeper is financial, legal or tax advice.

Your account

  • Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account.
  • Only add your own information. If you share a subscription with someone, make sure that sharing is allowed by that provider's terms.
  • Don't enter full card numbers, security codes, bank PINs or one-time payment codes.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse SubKeeper: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt or overload the service, send spam through invitations, or use it for anything unlawful.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, and we may end the beta; if we do, we'll give reasonable notice where we can so you can download your data.

No warranty and limited liability

SubKeeper is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for charges, missed cancellations or missed renewals arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and tell you about significant changes. Questions: hello@mysubkeeper.com.
